Sarah Salters designs the bLEUE cOMME uNE oRANGE collection. With a fresh eye towards color, fabric, and form, Sarah believes in letting children be children, and allowing their clothes to capture a child's whimsy, freedom and joy.
Sarah was born and raised in France in a bilingual and bicultural American and French home. This biculturalism permeates her aesthetic and her design through a sense of French retro intermingled with a modern style. Self-taught in fashion, she began designing and sewing for her children, and as her collections caught on, she began to design for a broader community in the San Francisco bay area.
